The finished areas of the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center (MYAC) include over 55,000 sq. ft. of program space. Five spacious rehearsal halls are well-designed and feature high ceilings and excellent acoustical properties.

The largest rehearsal space is the 3,800 sq. ft. Youth Arts Hall. It offers excellent opportunities for smaller performances and is equipped with a state-of-the-art light and sound system.

Additional spaces include nine classrooms/sectional rooms. Built to the highest soundproofing standards, they allow extensive multiple activity usage.

The Commons is 3,200 sq. ft of space with comfortable lounge furniture, where parents and students can socialize and study.
